Laser system XT190 BTA Digital

Pulley alignment is a thoroughly underrated job. With the right equipment it's no great effort at all, but it matters. Alignment errors only show up once the belt is already badly worn or has snapped. For us, the XT190 rounds off our extensive fleet of laser measurement and alignment equipment.

Laser system XT770 Shaft + GEO

The XT770 is one of two go-to solutions in our fleet for two-dimensional measurement and alignment of machine trains (Shaft) and flat surfaces (Geo). Extremely compact and light, so even the most short-notice job gets solid data fast.

Straightness measurements on, for example:
- Shaft and propulsion systems

Flatness measurements on, for example:
- Slewing-ring landing surfaces
- Machine foundations
- Rail tracks

Laser system XT950 Bore Alignment

"Just quickly check the alignment of the bores." That's exactly what the XT950 was built for. With this system we measure and align bore lines at remarkable speed. Good news for customers: they get the detailed verdict on their equipment even sooner.

Laser systems BorAlign & LevAlign

BorAlign and LevAlign are single-beam laser systems we use to measure straightness and flatness. Like our other 2D systems, they're extremely compact. Our technicians can carry them as hand or checked luggage.

LaserTracker AT960 LR

The AT960 LR can do everything except the housework. That's nonsense, of course. But three-dimensional laser measurement at ranges up to 80 m (that's up to 160 m from a single setup) in six degrees of freedom, including laser scanning and measuring built-in or hidden points, does rather beg the question of what it can't do
